Management & Work Strength
The Chairman and CEO are responsible for establishing effective communications with the Company's customers, vendors, company associates, government and communities. It is generally the Company's policy that management speaks for the Company.

The Company is promoted by the members who are pioneer in the Drilling Technology, supported by the team of experienced professionals, distinguished by their functional and technical expertise combined with their hands-on experience, thereby ensuring most effective professional and technical services.

The following pioneers from their respective field of activity, monitor the day to day affairs of the Company to achieve S4A’s objectives.

Mr. Chaitanya Chug
Chairman & Managing Director

A committed businessman in the field of mining, trading and entertainment businesses. The young and energetic leader of Vinmart Group guides S4A to new business avenues. A strong strategic thinker and hard-working team player with great communication skills. Mr. Chug has business interest in various associations in India, Africa, Middle East, China and Canada.

Mr. Vipul Patel
Director General

Settled in D.R.Congo since last 25 years, Mr. Patel – He has held a number of senior positions and directorships in past 25 years - handled major businesses and portfolios departments in past. He carries vast knowledge on the working culture of DRC and is holding years of experience in the field of marketing and administration in Congo.

Mr. Nday Kitanga Joseph
Civil Engineer in Mining

Mr. Nday is also a lecturer in University of Lubumbashi, DRC. Having more than 25 years of experience in mining and drilling, Mr. Nday served the mining giant GECAMINES for 17 years as head of drilling division. Mr. Nday is a specialist in Blast Hole Drilling, Underground Mining, Diamond Core Drilling and Water Bore Well Drilling.

Mr. Kalpesh Prajapati
Finance Manager

By qualification he is Chartered Accountant. Serving group since last four years.

Mr. Dhiren Raithatha
Branch Manager (Kinshasa Branch)

Settled in D.R.Congo since last 17 years. He has a strong hold on marketing and administration.

Mr. Ramu Menghani
Manager Water well drilling

Wide experience in planning of water well drilling. He is associated with S4A for more than five years.

Mr. Hiren Sarvaiya
Manager Logistic

Young and dynamic by nature – responsible for all drilling sites – ensuring smooth functioning and timely availability of all necessities at all sites. Associated with S4A for more than six years.

Mr. Jayaprakasha Raghavendra
Senior Hydro-Geologist

Wide experience in Hydrological and Geophysics-consultation – his services are involved with :

-	Geophysical survey to locate borehole point – electrical resistivity survey using modern instruments
-	Drilling Observation of the bore hole after locating point
-	Pumping test to know aquifer characters like Transmissivity, permeability.
-	Yield test
-	Draw down
-	Well designing.
-	Dewatering to control the water inside the pit
-	Suggesting suitable Pump set
